How the generator works

  1. Pick your game. Use the GTA 5 / GTA 6 switch above the dial — GTA 5 for dares you can play tonight, GTA 6 for ones written ahead of its 19 November 2026 launch. There's a GTA 6 challenge generator page with everything confirmed about the game so far, if that's what brought you here.
  2. Spin the dial. Press Spin or hit Space. It lands on one of 400 dares, pulled from whichever categories and difficulty you've set in "Filter by category and difficulty".
  3. Lock it in, chicken out, or share it. Play the dare out in-game, spin again if it's not for you, or hit Share to send the card to a friend, Discord or stream chat.

What is Vice Roulette?

Vice Roulette is a random GTA challenge generator. Spin the dial and it hands you one of 400 hand-picked dares — 200 for GTA 5, 200 written ahead of GTA 6's launch — sorted into eight categories and three difficulty tiers. It's free, browser-based, and needs no sign-up.

Is this an official Rockstar Games product?

No. Vice Roulette is an unofficial fan site, not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are their trademarks; the dares and the site itself are original.

Can I get GTA 6 challenges before the game is out?

Yes. Switch the toggle above the dial to GTA 6 for 200 dares written against what Rockstar has confirmed so far — Vice City, the state of Leonida, and playable characters Jason and Lucia. GTA 6 itself releases 19 November 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S; no PC date has been announced.

Do I need to sign up or pay to use it?

No. Spinning the dial, filtering by category or difficulty, and sharing a challenge card are all free, with no account and no limit on how many times you spin.

How many challenges are there, and can I filter them?

400 in total, split evenly between GTA 5 and GTA 6, across eight categories — Cops, Chaos, Hustle, Roleplay, Wheels, Wildlife, Viral and Florida Man — and three difficulty tiers, Tourist, Local and Menace. Use "Filter by category and difficulty" to narrow the dial before you spin.

What is Daily Vice?

Daily Vice is one challenge picked from the date itself, so everyone spinning that day gets the same dare for that game — whatever category or difficulty filters they've set for their own random spins.

Are the dares safe to do?

They're written for the game only. Every dare is meant to be played out in GTA 5 or GTA 6, never attempted in real life — the site's disclaimer and every dare card say so.

Can I share a challenge with friends or on stream?

Yes. Every dare card has a Share button that copies the link or the card image, so you can post it to chat, Discord or a stream overlay.
