Nobody outside Rockstar has played GTA 6, so every GTA 6 dare on the dial is written from what has been shown and said. There are 200 of them, 25 in each of the eight categories. Each one is tagged by how sure the mechanic behind it is.
Everything else about the dial, from the categories to Daily Vice and sharing a card, works the same for both games and is explained on the home page.
The countdown at the top of this page turns into a count of how long GTA VI has been out, on its own, at midnight UTC on launch day. The GTA 6 dares stay on the dial, but they were written before anyone could play the game, and some will not survive contact with it: a region may be smaller than it looked, or an animal may not appear where the footage suggested. If a dare turns out to be impossible, the contact page says how to tell us, and it will be fixed or replaced. Until then, the GTA 5 side of the switch has 200 dares you can play tonight.
Not that Rockstar has said. Its pages list PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S only, for 19 November 2026. Rockstar released GTA V on PC well after the console versions, but it has announced nothing for GTA 6.
From 12 November 2026 for digital pre-orders, a week before the 19 November launch. Pre-orders have been open since 25 June 2026.
Rockstar has not given a size. It has named six regions: Vice City, Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga. The GTA 6 dares stick to those regions.
No, they need the game. You can read them now by switching the dial to GTA 6 and spinning, and plan which ones to try first. For something to play tonight, switch back to GTA 5.
Some will. They are written from trailers and Rockstar’s pages, and the finished game will prove some of them wrong. The ones built on things Rockstar has not spelled out, such as how the police respond, are the most likely to change.
